Shipping Policy

Shipping

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. However, if your item is unavailable for any reason ( for ex: a shipment issue) , we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

Once we process the charges to your credit card, the order will ship within three business days from the date of you placing the order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 7 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@theeverythingdepot.com

No Shipping outside the USA. (Some exceptions apply - if the website permits you to check out and enter your shipping address, you will receive your order)

We use USPS/ UPA, DHL, and OSM to deliver the product.

SHIPPING COST
FREE Shipping on all orders above $499.99 in USA.

Below 499.99 the shipping cost would be19.99

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME:
Transit time is (5-15) Business Days (Monday to Friday)
Handling time is (1-3) Business Days (Monday to Friday)
Order cut-off time will be 5:PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).

Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is always completely free! This option usually takes between 5-15 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. There are other options available, however. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Everything Depot is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Everything Depot is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy
