EXAIR's Gen4® Ion Air Jet delivers a concentrated airflow that can cover a precise spot without disturbing other areas. This quiet, focused airstream provides incredibly fast static decay rates and cleaning ability. The Gen4 Ion Air Jet is the ideal way to remove static and dust from small parts prior to shrink wrapping, packaging, printing, painting or finishing.

Ion Air Jet Models




Ion Air Jets are available in four different model types:

Ion Air Jet - includes the Ion Air Jet and 5' (1.52m) of armored and electromagnetically shielded cable.
Ion Air Jet System - includes an Ion Air Jet and Model 7960 Selectable Voltage Power Supply (115 VAC/230 VAC, 50/60Hz).
Ion Air Jet System with Filter - includes the Ion Air Jet System and Filter Separator.
Ion Air Jet Kit - includes an Ion Air Jet, Model 7960 Power Supply, Filter Separator and pressure regulator (with coupler).

Accessories




Power Supply - The Model 7960 selectable voltage Power Supply allows you to choose the input voltages of 115 VAC or 230 VAC. The modular cable with electromagnetic shielding protects sensitive electronics against electromagnetic interference while easing connections and routing. An integrated fuse on the primary protects against voltage spikes. Power Supplies are UL Component Recognized to U.S. and Canadian Standards, and are CE and RoHS compliant.



Shim Sets- The Ion Air Cannon is shipped with a .003" (0.08mm) thick stainless steel shim installed which works best for most applications. The Ion Air Cannon's velocity can be increased by replacing the factory supplied shims with thicker shims. Shim sets include (1) .006" (0.15mm) and (1) .009" (0.23mm) stainless steel shim.
