Product Overview
This line of Crown kettles feature a double wall kettle interior which forms a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle. The bottom of the kettle is of hemispherical design for superior heat circulation.
Unit is constructed with all welded satin finish stainless steel, type 304. The liner is standard 316 for high acid content cooking.
Convenience features include 2� (50mm) sanitary draw-off valve with perforated strainer and a spring assist hinged counterbalanced stainless steel domed cover. Includes faucet bracket.
