This Digital 2 Zone / 32 Tray / 5.12m² Tray Area fully stainless-steel dehydrator is made for ongoing commercial use. With (32) 40x40cm trays and our high-efficiency forced air convection system, you can dehydrate your food at industrial rates. This gives you a total of over 5m² of dehydrating rack space. 
This unit gives you the versatility of being able to independently control each of the 2 Zones on their own. Set different temperatures and timers for each zone. Use only 1 zone or both. Great for dehydrating different types of food simultaneously or even doing different recipes of jerky so the flavours don't cross-contaminate. 
This model comes with a 99-hour digital timer and adjustable temperature of 30-90 degrees Celsius or ambient mode. With a limited 1.9kW power draw per zone, this highly efficient model pulls up to 50% less energy than other models on the market for the same dry times.
